At ZFoldCases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your case doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the case in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
